Background

Requirements imposed by the court

The court also directed Goldman to submit either a signed notice providing a current address or a consent to electronic service. If he consented to electronic service, he would no longer receive paper copies by mail. The required documents had to identify docket number 26-CV-6018 (LTS).
Disposition
The court ordered that no further action would be taken and no summons would issue until Goldman paid the fees or submitted the required fee application, signed and submitted the signature page, and provided an address of record for service. If he failed to comply within the allowed time or failed to request an extension, the action would be dismissed without prejudice to refiling. If he complied, the Clerk's Office would process the case, and if the court granted his fee application, he could proceed without prepaying fees.
The court also certified that any appeal from the order would not be taken in good faith and denied permission to appeal without prepaying fees. The order did not decide the underlying claims against Audacy Operations, LLC or Audacy Pennslyvania, LLC.
