The schedule identified the action as County of Madera, et al. v. McKinsey and Company, Inc., case number 22-01379.
The panel stated that it had previously transferred 17 civil actions to the Northern District of California for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings under 28 U.S.C. § 1407. Since then, 114 additional actions had been transferred there, with the consent of that court, and assigned to Judge Charles R. Breyer.
