Order
The court directed Ameriway Corporation and the defendants to meet and discuss the unresolved discovery disputes raised in the parties’ letters at ECF Nos. 114–115, 118–119, 121, 126, 132, 138, and 142.
The parties were also ordered to complete the search for Terms & Conditions discussed during conferences on May 23 and June 16, 2022, by Monday, August 1, 2022. They had to submit a joint status letter by Friday, August 5, 2022, updating the court on the progress of discovery.
Sealing Requests
The court stated that, if the parties wanted particular documents placed under seal, they had to file a proper sealing motion explaining how the standard described in Lugosch v. Pyramid Co. of Onondaga, 435 F.3d 110 (2d Cir. 2006), was satisfied.
Disposition
The Clerk of Court was directed to close the motions at ECF Nos. 114, 115, and 131. The order was signed by Magistrate Judge Valerie Figueredo.
