Background

The court gave the plaintiffs permission to file unredacted versions of the proposed orders under seal if they intended for both redacted and unredacted versions to be issued. The permission applied consistently with redactions in previously filed documents and was based on the court’s statement that the proposed redactions were narrowly tailored to prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive business information. The Clerk of Court was directed to terminate the motions listed at ECF Nos. 1012, 1015, 1019, 1023, and 1028.
Effect of the Order
