Background

The court separately entered judgment for the defendants and against the plaintiffs, jointly and severally, for a $2,500 civil monetary penalty owed to the United States.

Disposition

Judge John G. Koeltl ordered the Clerk to enter the specified judgment and close the case. The order does not state any additional disposition of claims beyond the judgment entered after the earlier grant of summary judgment.
